Restaurant :
Orchestrated by Chef David Ezequiel Cohen, the restaurant La Guitoune offers a local, diverse and seasonal cuisine in a family spirit.
On the terrace or in the large dining room, enjoy a fresh meal from 12:30 to 14:30 or a more traditional course in the evening from 19:30 to 22:00. Currently, the restaurant is open from Wednesday evening to Sunday noon.
The Bar:
Open until 2 a.m., the bar at La Guitoune will let you enjoy the music-hotel concept every day in the summer, and from Wednesday night to Sunday noon out of season. Discover new songs while enjoying tapas and fresh cocktails.
Tea Time:
For slower moments, relax in the hotel-restaurant's Tea Time area and try tasty sorbets or ice creams. For cooler times, you can enjoy a coffee or tea.

With her talent, Bambi Sloan has revived the mythical establishment of the 40s and 70s in the French region of Arcachon basin. She was able to combine her vintage and offbeat universe, while maintaining the neo-basque style and spirit of La Guitoune.
The establishment proudly displays electric blue, canary yellow, apple green, leopard patterns, lobster or goldfish prints. In a relaxed, joyful, vintage, acidulous and whimsical atmosphere, the antique furniture, flashy colors and clear-cut choices are the winning recipe to revive this flagship establishment in Pyla sur Mer.
