Nestled in the heart of the estate, L’Attilio Briollay marks the second restaurant opened by Chef Attilio Marrazzo. Originally from Campania and trained alongside some of the most renowned names in gastronomy—including Joël Robuchon, with whom he contributed to the award of a Michelin star—he presents here a contemporary French cuisine subtly infused with Italian influences.
Together with Executive Chef Cristian Giuliani, he creates a bold, seasonal menu inspired by the estate’s vegetable garden and the finest ingredients from the Anjou region. Guests are invited to choose between two dining experiences: a multi-course gastronomic menu, an ode to creativity, and the “Chef’sMarket Inspiration” menu—more spontaneous, shaped by the day’s freshest arrivals.
The wine list, both generous and meticulously curated, highlights regional labels alongside renowned French and Italian estates, with the option of a bespoke food and wine pairing.

Listed as a Historic Monument since 1990, Château de Noirieux gracefully embodies the architectural refinement of the Loire Valley. The manor, built in the 15th century, and the castle, constructed in the 17th, form a harmonious ensemble that has withstood the centuries without ever losing its charm. Built from tuffeau stone—the noble material of the region’s grand residences—and topped with slate from Trélazé, they reflect aremarkable heritage craftsmanship, recorded as early as the Napoleonic cadastre.
Over time, several restoration projects have succeeded in preserving the soul of the estate while infusing it with discreet modernity. The most recent, entrusted to Studio Crystine Bonneau, offers a subtle and respectful reinterpretation of the spaces, blending classic elegance with contemporary comfort.
All around, centuries-old lime trees frame the estate—silent witnesses to its enduring history.
