La Table de Marius offers a lunchtime menu of organic and local dishes to be enjoyed from the terrace on stilts overlooking the ponds. In the evening, a gastronomic and creative cuisine is served in an original decor: outdoor lounge or cosy around a superb fireplace. Chef Jérémy Faure is committed to offering quality, seasonal and locally sourced products. The organic bull from the Camargue comes from the producer Jacques Giraud of the Domaine de la Tour du Cazeau and the vegetables from the biological farm Lutin Jardin in Montferrier-sur-Lez.
On Saturday evening, a dinner and show is offered, with a group of musicians, singers and gypsy dancers.
Evenings from Tuesday to Sunday, the menu is 75 euros per person (Starter, Main course, Dessert - excluding drinks).

The Spa, with Nuxe treatments, has an indoor pool heated to 28°C, an ice waterfall, a hydro-massage bath and a sauna. It's time to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet to relax your body and mind. The team of qualified professionals will meet all your needs. To guarantee the calm, serenity and privacy of our clients, access to the facilities is only possible when you take a treatment. design
Renovated in December 2011 by Studio Maow in complicity with Sylvia Fabbian and Clemence Fenninger, the hotel now has a deliberately simple and uncluttered design to make the most of the surrounding nature. Throughout the hotel, antiques and curiosities mingle with contemporary furnishings to create a bohemian interior and inspiring Bertoia chairs to the marble table by Eero Saarinen Tulip, the best designers compete imagination. The tone is set from the lobby, white, decorated simply with the huge lamp cape of designer Constance Guisset that projects its shadow at the mercy of air currents. The restaurant is decorated in an industrial spirit with its Tolix chairs and lockers workshops, enhanced by the luster Cloud 6 French designer Hervé Langlais. Finally decline their rooms bright and modern harmonies white furniture, bedding linen wrinkled. All the elements that make up the decor come from the area or have been manufactured in France for the sake of sustainable development.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable dans cet environnement naturel, c'est leur respect pour la nature environnante. En plus, deux chevaux peuvent y passer leurs vieux jours et l'ara, bien que gardé en solitaire, fait l'objet d'une attention régulière. Nous recommandons donc chaleureusement cet hôtel.

L'hôtelde bonne tenue est bien situé, endroit calme, non loin des Saintes Maries, décoré sobrement, et avec un personnel serviable. On peut déplorer que la restauration soit basée sur la seule formule "Gastronomique" et que pour manger simple et pas cher, il faille prendre la voiture, Une carte "Bistrot" serait appréciée. Beaucoup parmi les chambres sont pourvues d'une terrasse privative -bien- entourée d'un haut mur -pas bien- empêchant toute vue sur les paysages de Camargue

Evefy morning during breakast the area adjoining the breakfast estea was being vacuum cleaned while afterwards restaurant entrance the floor was cleaned. Very poor timing. We would like to enjoy breakfast in peacefull environment.

Le Mas de la Fouque est un lieu paradisiaque ! Nous l'avons privatisé sur 3 jours pour une cinquantaine de personnes, tout le monde était ravi. Les équipes sont au petit soin. Pleins d'activités sont présentes sur place et aux alentours, tout est parfait il n'y a rien à dire ! Vous y mangerez très bien, le Chef propose des menus tout simplement incroyables. Le cadre est vraiment dépaysant, c'est idyllique. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Petit point d'attention pour les personnes qui souhaiteraient privatiser le lieu, il n'est pas possible de mettre la musique fort la nuit en extérieur malgré que les alentours semblent déserts.

Mas fantastique tout est parfait le lieu sauvage et class à la fois, le personnel toujours souriant et prêt à rendre service, les chambres magnifiques, le petit déjeuner au top, et le repas original et très très bon avec le Cuisto toujours prêt à faire plaisir Sans oublier la petite mascotte Marius le Perroquet C est un lieu incontournable aux stes mariés de la mer Je le recommande fortement 👌

The hotel is lovely and the new decoration in the restaurant is lovely, our room was very good and enjoyed the spa, but with such attentive staff with us all the time, we might have enjoyed a little more privacy please
